I joined the practice about 40 years ago from a recommendation. I had a fear of dentists but over the years through the kindness of the Partners and their staff have overcome my anxieties. So much so that i have had nine implants. The staff are always welcoming, polite and cheerful and have remained with the practice for years and as a result feel like part of my family. I would rather travel twenty- five miles each way to this practice than use a more local Practice.

I have been a patient for more years than i can remember, and can happily say that the beaming confident smile that you are welcomed with as you walk in, greeted by name, offerred a selection of up to date magazines to browse through, accompanied to the surgery by my practioner with minimum delay, is indicative of the personal attention throughout.

I have attended Prichard Dental Practice since 1976. At the age of fifety-seven I am confident of possessing a healthy mouth and gums, which I put down to the care and expertise I have received. In all the time I have been a customer at this Dental Surgery I have had total confidence in the advice given. I am happy that I shall continue to received a wonderful standard of care for years to come. Whenever I contact the surgery I know I will be dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner by the frontline staff.

Our family of five have been patients of Prichard Dental Practice for over fifteen years. The Dental Practice over the years has kept all high standards with the surgery itself, cleanliness, technology and its entire staff. The continuity of the staff has helped to build up the relationship with the patients enforcing trust, understanding and a sense of humour! The visit to the dentist which many people dread is not an unpleasant experience at Prichard Dental Practice because of the warm relaxed, professional and excellent service the staff deliver.
